Hello qathet community,

I’m deeply honoured to offer my practice and hold a supportive healing space within this community. I completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology at the University of British Columbia in 2020. Since then, I’ve continued to explore the many dimensions of health and wellness, seeking ways to nurture the mind, body, and spirit in a holistic way. This journey led me to complete the Manual Osteopathic Therapy program through the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada.

Osteopathic therapy is both an art and a science, grounded in a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the interconnectedness of all body systems. It supports the body’s natural ability to self-heal and self-regulate through gentle, hands-on treatment. Manual osteopathic therapy aims to address the root cause of dysfunction and restore balance across all systems of the body.

Osteopathic care can support a wide range of conditions, including (but not limited to):

  • Injury recovery
  • Postural imbalances
  • Low back pain
  • Neck pain
  • Joint Pain
  • Digestive issues
  • Prenatal & Postpartum discomfort
  • Headaches
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Stress and anxiety

Treatment gently supports the body as a whole, addressing the structural framework, organs, muscles, fascia, and connective tissues, while also enhancing the flow and function of the lymphatic, circulatory, and nervous systems.

Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment is central to my practice. I continually orient myself toward values of curiosity, openness, compassion, empathy, and patience.

If you have questions, curiosities, or would simply like to learn more about how I practice, please contact me at owlscryosteopathy@gmail.com.

Warmly, Allie
